Equipment structure of offline side-jet pulse bag dust collector
This type of offline side-jet pulse bag dust collector has an upper box, a middle box, a lower box and an ash hopper. It consists of six parts: dust device, ladder platform and pulse dust cleaning device.
The upper box body includes a small liftable cover for the filter bag, an air storage bag, a pulse valve, and a poppet valve.
The middle box includes filter bags, cage bones, and air inlet and exhaust ducts.
The lower box and ash hopper include uprights, ash hoppers and manholes.
The ash discharge device includes a screw conveyor and an ash discharge valve.
The ladder platform includes straight ladders and maintenance platform railings.
The pulsating dust cleaning device includes a control cabinet with three control modes: fixed resistance or timed manual.
2. Working principle of the off-line side-jet pulse bag dust collector
Under the action of the main fan of the system, the dust-containing gas enters the pre-dust collection chamber of the bag dust collector from the air inlet of the dust collector. When the dusty airflow hits the baffle, the airflow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the flow rate slows down. Under the action of inertia and the self-weight of the dust, the coarser dust falls directly into the ash hopper and is discharged from the ash discharge mechanism, which plays a role in pre-dust collection. Other lighter and fine dust are adsorbed upwards with the airflow and are adsorbed on the filter bag. On the outer surface, the filtered clean gas enters the upper box through the filter bag and is collected in the air duct for discharge. (For the small size bag series products, the air inlet is set on the ash hopper, the principle is the same as above).
As the filtration conditions continue, more dust will accumulate on the outer surface of the filter bag, which will increase the operating resistance of the equipment. In order to ensure the normal operation of the system, the dust collector resistance should be maintained within a limited range. Within, when this limit range is exceeded, the pulse automatic controller should issue instructions through fixed resistance or timing or manually to carry out three-state dust cleaning.
The key technology of this pulse dust collector is the use of cyclic chamber off-line dust cleaning. The cleaning process is to first cut off the clean air outlet channel of a certain room so that there is no air flow through it, and then perform pulse cleaning. After a few seconds of natural settling time, the clean air outlet channel of the room is opened. This not only cleans the dust thoroughly, but also avoids the secondary flying of dust generated after blowing the dust. In this way, the dust is cleaned room by room. .
