Principle

The clean gas is collected into the upper box through the filter bag, passes through the clean gas branch pipe, and enters the hot blast stove when used in the main pipe. After filtration for a certain period of time, as the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases, the resistance of the dust collector rises. When the resistance rises to a certain value, the electrical control system sends a dust cleaning signal, and the pneumatic butterfly valve and upper ball valve of the outlet branch automatically close, and the pulse valve Open, the nitrogen from the sub-cylinder is sprayed from the bag mouth through the injection pipe, the filter bag expands rapidly, the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag is shaken off, and falls into the lower conical ash hopper. The last pulse valve injection ends, and the dust collector continues to maintain The static state allows the finer dust in the cylinder to have a static settling process.
